What is CrossFit Virt?
CrossFit Virt is a virtual CrossFit gym. Virt provides flexibility, motivation, community, and ass-kicking to all.
This site is designed for those who:
- Are too busy/too much travel to commit to a CrossFit gym
- Participate at a non-CrossFit gym thus limiting some equipment choices
- CrossFit at home
- Who don't CrossFit full time
- Who want to be part of a CrossFit community

CrossFit Virt Commandments
1) Level of Success = Effort + Determination
2) Get Uncomfortable! - Your body will respond by making you better - In life and in fitness, the more uncomfortable you are, the more you are likely to benefit
3) Respect - Enough said (should that just say "be a good person")
4) Participate - Ask questions, post results, help others.
5) Modify - Don't be afraid/ashamed to modify your workouts because of available equipment, ability, injuries, etc. But Please post your modifications when you post results. If you have any questions on how much you can modify or if you modified too much, refer to #2

Who is CrossFit Virt?
CrossFit Virt was started as a way for some College workout buddies who had moved to all different parts of the US to stay in contact and still workout "together". We all found ourselves at different levels of fitness as our lives took us in new directions but ultimately found CrossFit to be the perfect solution to keep us motivated, challenged, and able to "compete" together. We hope you find our version of a CrossFit community keeps you excited about your workouts and that you grow with us.
