While researching some CrossFit moves I found this:
The Official CrossFit Training Guide

This is the reading they give to candidates prior to their Level 1 Certification class.  It is really interesting and provides some awesome information about what CrossFit is all about.  It also goes through, in detail, the 9 fundamental movements of fitness and common mistakes.  It is 115 pages so not light reading.

I have gotten through just the beginning, the "what is CrossFit" kind of stuff, and it has really solidified my understanding of what it is I am doing and why.  Great resource.

Don't know why or if it is supposed to be available for free like that but enjoy it while it's there

No new WODs until Tuesday so if you are reading, maybe try something difficult to test yourself.  This weekend, Joe is doing the Warrior Dash (or at least I think he is), which is a 3.4mi race with 12 "obstacles" like net climbs, tires, mud pits, and other hard stuff.
I will be doing a mini indoor triathlon (15 min swim, 15 min bike, and 2 mile run).  My goal is to complete 650m in the pool, 6.5mi on the bike and run 2miles in 16 minutes.  This isn't fantastic but it will be hard for me.

My point is this...if you are looking for a workout, try something new, that is hard, and maybe make a goal for yourself...or at least do something measurable and maybe try that again some other time.  Run a 5k, do 100 pullups, bike 20mi, make something up.
