Bench Press 3x5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
WOD:
10 Rounds:
3 Deadlifts (225/135)
6 Pull ups
9 Box Jumps
This one should challenge us in all the right ways. I will be using 75lb DBs for deadlifts. Probably last 'heavy' workout for me for a little bit as I have my triathlon next weekend and race the following so i'll let my legs recover a bit and maybe do pure metcon.

AMRAP 7 min
5 Power snatch + overhead squat (60lb) - 1 rep is power snatch, then overhead squat
5 Burpees
10 Overhead Lunges (60lb)
Rest 3 min.
Scale as necessary. I will be using whatever the heaviest pre-loaded bars we have are, which I think is 60. This is likely going to be somewhat metcon but adding those complex moves, even at light weight, should provide a nice challenge and practice...especially after heavy squatting.

This is a tremendously powerful quote and one I try to live by... I have a plaque on my desk that my wife bought me that says "Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there". The point is, your own happiness if completely dependent on you. If you want something for yourself, you have to do something to get it, even if it is scary...if you keep doing the same things, you will get the same things. This applies to work life, love life, financial life, your body, everything.

Redid this workout with less than thrilling results on 7/16. Sorry it's late. I think the combination of altitude/4 days of intense working out in 5 days/adjusting to full paleo got me because I felt like I really pushed it.
