WOD:
Back Squat 3x5
Front Squat 3x5
Push Press 5x5
Rest as necessary between sets, try to keep it under 2 min per set. Post weights used to comments.
Remember when reps are written as 3x5 it means 3 sets, 5 reps with roughly the same weight so try to stay heavy and complete all reps. (as opposed to 5/5/5 which would mean 3 sets, 5 reps working up the weight to your last set)
FYI: I will not be posting a workout again until next Tuesday. I have b-ball Thursday and my psuedo-triathlon Sunday!
